At 80 proof this is the most approachable of the strengths the brand offers.

Peppery rye spice leads, followed by caramel, orange peel and a dry, oaky finish. It is arguably the best-value old-fashioned bourbon on any shelf, equally at home in a Manhattan or a whiskey highball, and perfectly pleasant neat if you like your bourbon dry rather than sweet. A genuine classic.

Quick facts

Size: 750 ml

Style: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey

Origin: Kentucky, USA

ABV: 40% (80 proof)
