It runs on Buffalo Trace's wheated mash bill, the same grain recipe behind whiskey that trades hands for many times the price, bottled at an approachable 90 proof. For anyone curious about wheated bourbon, start here.

Soft and sweet-natured: caramel, vanilla, honey and light baked fruit, with almost no rye bite and a gentle, warming finish.
