How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend on an order earns one point. On top of that you collect points for signing up, adding your birthday, leaving a Google review, joining the newsletter and following us on Instagram and Facebook.
How do I redeem my points?
Open the ways to redeem band above, choose how many points to spend, and the app issues a discount code that applies itself at checkout.
Do my points expire?
No. Points stay in your account while the account stays active.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier is set by the points you have earned all time, not by how much you spend, and it never resets.
Do points count on bottles that are already discounted?
Yes. Points are calculated on what you actually pay for the order.
Do I need an account to collect points?
Yes. Points are attached to your customer account, so create one before you order if you want the first order to count.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your personal link. Your friend gets money off their first order, and points land in your account once they check out.
