Product Description
1800 Añejo is the house’s most patient expression, matured in French and American oak until the agave turns from bright to burnished. The half-bottle is the smart way in: enough to work through slowly over a few evenings, small enough that you are not committing to a full 750 of a style you may only pour on occasion. Made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco.
The pour is deep amber, with dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and a trace of cocoa over cooked agave. It is round, gently sweet and long on the finish. Drink it neat in a copita, or over one large cube. Best treated as a sipping tequila rather than a mixer.
