Product Description
Bottling a blanco at higher strength is a bartender’s request more than a marketing one: extra proof means the agave survives ice, lime and shaking without disappearing. This 1800 blanco is unaged and bottled above the usual strength, made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco, and the half-bottle size makes it easy to slot into a home bar for exactly that purpose.
The palate is assertive and clean — cooked agave, cracked pepper, lime zest and a bright, mineral finish with real warmth behind it. Use it where a standard blanco gets lost: a proper margarita, a Ranch Water, a spicy paloma. Serve well chilled and give the ice a moment to open it up.
