Product Description
Muscadet is the Atlantic edge of the Loire Valley in a bottle — lean, saline and made almost entirely for the shellfish pulled out of the water nearby. It is one of the great value whites of France, and the 90+ Cellars sourcing model sharpens that value further.
The 2021 is dry and crisp: green apple, lemon pith and a distinct briny minerality, on a light frame with a clean finish. Serve it very cold with oysters, mussels, clams, fried fish, or a plate of raw vegetables and good butter. A specialist’s white that costs less than most house pours.
