Product Description

The blend inside is assembled in small lots at a family-run house in the Marne and finished entirely by hand.
The wine is opulent and layered, with poached pear, honeycomb, toasted bread and a creamy, insistent mousse. Chill it several hours ahead, open it carefully, and pour into wine glasses so the aromatics have somewhere to go. It carries a long dinner as easily as it carries a toast.
