Product Description
The reposado is where Aha Toro is easiest to recommend without qualification. A stretch in oak takes the edge off the young spirit while leaving the agave intact, producing a tequila that works as comfortably in a glass on its own as it does in a well-made cocktail.
Pale gold, with cooked agave and citrus peel meeting light caramel, vanilla and a trace of oak, all finishing clean rather than sticky. Sip it neat, or let it carry a margarita that actually tastes of tequila. A sound everyday upgrade over the usual suspects.
