The melon expression blends several varieties into one bottle, and it is the most refreshing thing Alizé makes — less tropical intensity than the passion fruit editions, more of a cool, garden-fresh sweetness. A French fruit liqueur built for warm weather and light mixing.
Honeydew and cantaloupe lead, soft and sweet, with a clean melon finish that stays crisp rather than syrupy. Serve it very cold over ice with soda water and a mint sprig, top it with prosecco, or shake it with vodka and lime. Pleasant, easy, and hard to get wrong.
