Product Description
Time in oak changes everything. Amor Mio rests this tequila in barrel until the sharp edges of young agave soften into something rounder and warmer, picking up color and a gentle sweetness on the way. The result sits comfortably between a bright blanco and a richer añejo.
Vanilla, light caramel and toasted oak wrap around the agave core, and the finish lingers longer than the blanco does. Sip it neat from a small glass, let it carry a tequila old fashioned, or build a margarita with noticeably more depth than usual.
