Product Description
Extra Dry is the term that confuses almost everyone in sparkling wine: it is a shade sweeter than brut, not drier. That small measure of sweetness is what makes this so easy to hand around, softening the acidity and widening the appeal at a mixed table.
Ripe apple and pear come through with a rounded, off-dry finish and steady bubbles. Serve it cold on its own, or lean into the sweetness with a mimosa. A reliable choice for brunch, weddings, and any gathering where the guest list runs longer than the budget.
