Product Description
A half bottle is an underrated thing. This 375 ml Ansac VS holds enough for a few unhurried evenings without committing to a full bottle, which makes it a fair way to meet French cognac for the first time or to keep something decent in a travel bag.
Soft orchard fruit and vanilla sit over light oak, with a warm, easy finish. Drink it neat in a small glass, or lengthen it with ginger ale and a twist of lemon. It also slips neatly into a sidecar when a proper cocktail is called for.
