Product Description
The name nods to the apotheca, the medieval storehouse where winemakers blended and kept their wines. Apothic borrowed both the idea and the mystique for a range of dark California reds, and the Cabernet is the most direct of them — bold, ripe and consistently smooth.
Dark berry fruit leads, with layers of mocha and toasted oak and a soft, slightly sweet finish. It stands up to charred meat, barbecue and sharp cheese without much effort. Serve cool, pour generously, and expect the bottle to empty faster than a more serious Cabernet would.
