Product Description
Crush is the softest and most overtly fruity red in the Apothic lineup, built largely around Petite Sirah and Pinot Noir and blended for silk rather than structure. It is designed to be poured without ceremony and finished the same evening it is opened.
Red berry and raspberry lead, with a plush middle, a lick of caramel, and a smooth, faintly sweet close. Serve it slightly chilled with roast pork, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, or a bowl of berries. Approachable enough for a red-wine skeptic, interesting enough for everyone else.
