Product Description
Raspberry and red plum arrive first, then a wave of caramel and vanilla, and the whole thing lands soft. Crush is the plushest red in the Apothic range, blended for texture rather than grip, and it has earned its following honestly rather than through novelty.
The palate is round and lightly sweet, with tannin kept almost out of sight. Twenty minutes in the refrigerator before serving tightens it up nicely. Good with barbecue, sausage, roast pork or a cheese board, and perfectly content on its own in front of a film.
