Product Description
Merlot at its friendliest: soft, plummy and free of hard edges. Apothic makes it in the same rich California style as the rest of the range, dialing up ripeness and rounding off the tannin so the wine drinks well the moment the cork clears the bottle.
Ripe plum and black cherry sit over cocoa and a gentle vanilla sweetness, closing smooth and warm. Pour it with roast chicken, meatballs, mushroom dishes, or a mild cheese board. A safe bet for a mixed table where nobody wants to negotiate over what to open.
