Product Description
Pinot Noir, done the Apothic way. Where the grape is usually handled with delicacy, here it gets the house treatment — riper fruit, softer edges and a fuller body than tradition would suggest. Purists may object. A great many drinkers will not.
Red cherry and raspberry lead over a light touch of oak and vanilla, with silky tannin and a smooth close. Serve it slightly chilled with salmon, roast chicken, mushroom pasta, or a charcuterie board. Versatile enough to satisfy a table that cannot agree on red or white.
