Product Description
Apothic does rose the way it does everything else — fuller and rounder than the pale, austere versions from Provence. This is a pink wine with actual weight to it, aimed at drinkers who like fruit and are not chasing bone-dry restraint on a summer afternoon.
Strawberry, watermelon and a hint of citrus carry a soft, gently sweet palate that finishes clean. Serve it very cold with barbecue, spicy takeout, fried chicken, or a picnic spread. It also holds its own as a porch pour when the afternoon runs long.
