Product Description
Portland distiller Ryan Magarian helped redefine what American gin could be when juniper stopped being the only voice in the room. Aviation dials the pine back and lets lavender, cardamom, sarsaparilla and dried orange peel share the stage, producing a gin that behaves less like a London Dry and more like a soft, aromatic spirit built for mixing.
The result is floral and faintly sweet up front, with baking-spice warmth and a smooth, malty finish that keeps cocktails from turning sharp. It is superb in an Aviation or a Negroni, and it makes a martini that converts people who thought they disliked gin. A good first bottle for the curious.
