Product Description
Avion draws its agave from the highlands of Jalisco and rests the finished spirit in oak, aiming for a reposado that gains polish without surrendering its character to the wood. The balance is deliberate, and it is the reason this bottle works equally well as a sipper and as the base of a serious margarita.
Cooked agave sits at the center, with light caramel, vanilla and cracked pepper around it and a finish that stays clean rather than sweet. Serve it neat at room temperature, over a single large cube, or shaken with lime and a touch of orange liqueur. A dependable house tequila for anyone who has stopped buying the mixto stuff.
