Product Description
There is a certain theater in pouring something crystal clear and watching people taste oak in it. That is the trick of a cristalino: an aged tequila carefully filtered until the color is gone and the barrel character is not. Avion built this one on its Reserva stock, and it drinks like the luxury bottle it is priced to be.
Honey, vanilla and toasted oak arrive first, followed by clean cooked agave and a long, silky finish with almost no burn. Serve it neat, slightly cool, in a small glass. It also makes an unusually elegant clear cocktail. A strong choice for a gift, a celebration, or the front row of the bar cart.
