Product Description
Unaged tequila leaves nowhere to hide, which is the best argument for buying a good one. Avion Silver goes straight from still to bottle with no barrel time, so what you taste is the agave itself, cleanly made and lightly sweet. It has become the standard pour behind a lot of bars for exactly that reason.
Crisp and peppery, with cooked agave, lime zest and a faint herbal edge that keeps the finish from turning soft. This is the bottle for margaritas, Palomas and Ranch Waters, and it holds up neat with a wedge of lime if you would rather skip the mixer. A dependable workhorse with genuine character.
