Product Description
Four years in oak under Caribbean heat does more to a rum than a decade in a cool warehouse would, and that accelerated maturation is what gives Anejo Cuatro its color and depth. It is the point in the Bacardi range where the rum stops being a mixer and starts being something you might pour on its own.
Golden amber, with vanilla, banana, toasted oak and a little dried fruit, finishing dry and gently spiced. Serve it neat, over a large cube, or in an aged Daiquiri or rum Old Fashioned where the barrel character can show. An affordable introduction to sipping rum for the bourbon drinker.
