Baker Beam spent decades on the floor of his family distillery in Kentucky, and the bourbon carrying his name reflects a distiller taste rather than a marketer one. The single barrel release drops the old small-batch blending in favor of one cask at a time, bottled at a confident 107 proof after seven years in new charred oak. Every bottle comes from a single barrel, so no two are quite identical.

That strength brings real presence: brown sugar, vanilla, toasted nuts and baking spice, with a thick texture and a long, warming finish. A few drops of water opens it considerably.
