Product Description
Strawberry, ripe peach and a candied sweetness, in a wine so pale pink it barely looks serious, which is entirely the point. White Zinfandel is made from a red grape pressed off its skins early, and the result is a blush wine that drinks lighter and sweeter than its color suggests.
The finish is soft and fresh, the sweetness cut by enough acidity to stop it cloying. Serve it very cold, or over ice on a hot day. It shines next to spicy food, fried chicken and salty appetizers, and it is one of the few wines that genuinely works with a plate of hot wings.
