Product Description
Peach, lime and white flowers, with a sweetness that stops well short of dessert. Barefoot Riesling sits in the off-dry middle ground where the grape is most useful: sweet enough to soothe heat, dry enough to drink through a meal.
The palate is light and aromatic, with crisp acidity holding the fruit in shape and a clean finish. Serve it thoroughly chilled in a standard white wine glass. It is an excellent match for spicy Asian food, glazed ham, pork with apples and sharp cheeses, and it drinks perfectly well on its own on a warm evening.
