Cherry and lime is the most balanced flavor in the Beatbox lineup, with the citrus doing real work against the sweetness of the fruit. It reads a little like a cherry limeade from a drive-in window, which is a compliment, and it holds up over ice better than the sweeter options in the range.
Ripe cherry leads, lime cuts through it, and the finish comes in tart enough to keep you interested. At 11.1% alcohol it deserves a slower pace than its drinkability suggests. Serve it very cold over crushed ice with a lime wheel, or stretch it with soda water for an easy warm-weather highball.
