Product Description
Pale coral in the glass, with strawberry and a hint of watermelon on the nose, this is comfort wine done properly. Beringer White Zinfandel is among the most recognizable bottles in any American shop, and the standard 750 ml is the sensible size for a household of one or two rather than a party.
Off-dry rather than syrupy, it balances ripe berry fruit with a clean citrus edge and finishes light. Chill it well and pour it with grilled chicken, sweet-and-spicy takeout, a cheese plate or a slice of pie. It is also one of the more forgiving wines to keep open in the fridge for a couple of days.
