Product Description
Pinot Noir is a change of pace from the Cabernet that dominates Napa, and the Black Stallion version leans into elegance rather than power. It is a lighter, more aromatic red built for the table, and it makes a useful alternative when a big Cabernet would flatten the food.
Red cherry, cranberry and raspberry lead, with a subtle note of clove and forest floor and a silky, low-tannin texture. Serve it at cellar temperature, about fifteen minutes in the fridge, alongside grilled salmon, duck, roast chicken or mushroom risotto. It is also one of the easier reds to enjoy with no food at all.
