Huckleberries grow wild across the mountain West and stubbornly refuse to be farmed, which is part of why they carry so much regional affection. Blue Ice builds this flavored expression on its Idaho potato vodka, using that fruit character as the hook, and the result tastes considerably more natural than most flavored vodka on the shelf.
