Product Description
Unaged tequila hides nothing, which is exactly why a blanco is the honest test of any distillery. Blue Nectar bottles theirs with no oak to soften the edges or lend borrowed flavor, so what reaches the glass is the agave itself: cooked, pressed and left to speak plainly. For a home bar, it is the most useful bottle in the whole range.
Crisp and clean, with white pepper, citrus zest and a green vegetal snap running through the middle. It builds a genuinely excellent margarita and an even better Paloma, though it holds its own neat over a single large cube if you are curious how it drinks unmixed.
