Product Description
Big, dark and unapologetically ripe, Infinito is Bodegas Ego leaning into power rather than restraint. Old bush vines in dry, stony Jumilla ground produce tiny yields and enormous concentration, and the winery builds the structure needed to carry all that fruit without letting it sprawl. Measured by sheer intensity per dollar, there is very little on the shelf that competes.
Blackberry compote, cocoa, sweet spice and a curl of woodsmoke, finishing long and warming. Give it twenty minutes open before the first pour. Best matched to something rich off the grill, or saved for a cold Chicago night and a heavy stew.
