Product Description
Softness is Merlot's whole argument, and it happens to be exactly what a house wine needs. No tannic grip to work through, no decanting ritual, nothing to wait for. Bota Box packs it in a three-liter box built around a vacuum bag that collapses as the wine pours, keeping oxygen out so the last glass is still worth drinking weeks after the first.
Plum, black cherry and a light dusting of cocoa over a smooth medium body. Serve a touch below room temperature. Comfortable with roast chicken, pasta in red sauce, meatballs, mild cheeses, or a spread of takeout on a Tuesday night.
