Product Description
Nighthawk exists because the standard Bota Box range is deliberately easygoing and some drinkers want considerably more. This is the heavier hand: darker fruit, greater oak influence, a fuller frame, all of it still arriving in a box that outlasts any bottle once opened. For a big red at this volume, it is an unusually serious pour.
Cassis, black cherry and dark chocolate with toasted oak and a long, warming finish, tannins firm but well behaved. Serve at cool room temperature and give the first glass a few minutes to stretch out. Made for ribeye, brisket, short ribs and aged cheddar.
