Product Description
Every home bar needs a rum that punches above its price, and this is Botran making that argument. The same Guatemalan family has been distilling since 1939, working from virgin sugarcane honey and passing the spirit through a solera, where casks of different ages are blended continuously rather than bottled in isolation. Highland cellars keep the whole process slow.
It drinks clean and gently sweet, with vanilla, light caramel and a touch of tropical fruit, and it has the backbone to hold its shape against lime and mint. Reach for it in a mojito, a daiquiri, or a rum and coke actually worth drinking. Approachable for a crowd, well made enough for you.
