Product Description
Grapefruit, lime and a green herbal snap: Sauvignon Blanc announces itself before you have swallowed. The 2019 takes the California route, a little riper and rounder than the piercing New Zealand style, but still sitting firmly on the crisp side of the ledger where the grape does its best work.
The palate is dry and citrus driven with a touch of white peach and a clean, refreshing finish. Serve it properly cold. It is excellent with goat cheese, grilled asparagus, ceviche, or a big salad carrying too much lemon in the dressing. A safe pick for a table that has not decided what it wants.
