Product Description
Most white rum is a blank space. Brugal Especial Extra Dry is not: it spends time in American oak before being filtered back to clarity, which leaves a faint vanilla and almond character in place while keeping the spirit crisp and, as the name promises, genuinely dry.
That dryness is the whole argument in a cocktail. There is no residual sweetness fighting your lime or your sugar, so a daiquiri comes out balanced and a mojito comes out clean. It also works simply over ice with soda and a wedge of lime. The Dominican default pour, and a solid workhorse behind any home bar.
