Product Description
Any bar that makes a lot of Manhattans buys its rye by the handle, and this is usually the bottle behind them. Bulleit Rye is assertive in the right way, built on a mash bill dominated by rye rather than corn, and the 1.75 litre size simply acknowledges that once it becomes the house rye, nobody rations it.
Peppery and bright, with clove, cinnamon and a green herbal note carried over a dry, clean finish. It cuts through sweet vermouth, sugar and citrus instead of being buried by them. Stock it for Manhattans, Sazeracs, whiskey sours and Old Fashioneds that want more bite than a bourbon can give.
