Product Description
Cantera Negra puts as much care into its bottles as its liquid, but the tequila is the reason it stays in the rotation. The anejo is made from blue agave and given a long rest in oak, arriving with the sort of dessert-rich profile that converts whiskey drinkers to agave. A gifting bottle that people actually finish.
Rich and rounded, it leads with caramel, vanilla bean and toasted almond over cooked agave, closing warm and long. Drink it neat at room temperature in a copita or a small tulip glass. It is also excellent after dinner alongside dark chocolate or a strong cup of coffee.
