Product Description
Reposado is the everyday expression in Mexico and the one that shows a distillery hand most clearly. Cantera Negra rests its blue agave spirit in oak for a stretch of months, aiming for smoothness without losing the agave underneath. The bottle is handsome enough to leave out on the bar, which is a bonus rather than the point.
Pale gold, with cooked agave, vanilla, gentle baking spice and a soft, clean finish. It has enough character to sip neat and enough backbone to hold its own in a cocktail. Try it over one large cube, or in a margarita made with fresh lime and a bar spoon of agave nectar.
