Product Description
Agave roasted slowly in traditional brick ovens, then distilled without haste, gives Casamigos Silver its particular softness. Blanco tequila hides nothing, so the quality of the agave and the patience of the process are the whole story, and this one was designed from the start to be drunk neat by people who had written tequila off.
Sweet cooked agave up front, then citrus, a touch of vanilla and a clean, lightly peppered finish. Smooth enough for a chilled sipping pour and structured enough to carry a margarita or paloma without disappearing. A sensible first bottle for anyone building a tequila shelf.
