Product Description
Cristalino takes an aged tequila and filters the color back out, leaving the barrel's flavor without its darkness. Cazadores applies the technique to its anejo, and the result is one of the most approachable expressions the distillery makes: crystal clear in the glass, unmistakably aged on the palate.
The nose suggests something light, then vanilla, cooked agave, toasted almond and a whisper of oak arrive with real weight. It is exceptionally smooth, which makes it dangerous in the best sense. Serve it chilled and neat, or in a cocktail where you want aged depth without the color.
