Product Description
Arneis nearly disappeared from Piedmont before a handful of producers rescued it, and Ceretto was among the most important of them. Blange is the wine that made the grape famous again, a white from a region the world associates almost entirely with Nebbiolo.
It is dry and aromatic, with white peach, pear, chamomile and a faintly nutty note, finishing with a soft, almost creamy texture and the barest whisper of spritz. Serve it chilled with antipasti, veal, risotto or fresh cheeses. A graceful alternative for anyone tired of the usual Italian whites.
