Product Description
Lychee, rose petal and a dusting of ginger spice. Gewurztraminer is the most immediately recognizable white wine in the world, and Chateau Ste. Michelle makes an accessible Washington version that shows the grape clearly without overwhelming the drinker.
It is aromatic and off-dry, with tropical fruit and floral notes balanced by enough acidity to keep it from turning heavy. Serve it very cold with spicy Asian dishes, curry, pork with apples, or a pungent cheese. One of the few wines that genuinely improves a plate of Sichuan food.
