Product Description
Savigny-les-Beaune sits in a side valley just north of Beaune, and its reds have always been the approachable ones: lighter framed, quicker to open up, and priced well below the grander communes on either side.
Pinot Noir here gives red cherry, cranberry and a touch of earth and spice, with fine tannins and lively acidity. Serve it slightly cool with roast pork, charcuterie, coq au vin, or a mushroom tart. Red Burgundy that does not require patience or a special occasion to enjoy.
