Product Description
Unaged tequila is where a distillery has nowhere to hide, and Chinaco's Blanco makes that exposure the point. Bottled without time in wood, it presents Tamaulipas agave plainly and confidently, which is why bartenders and long-time agave drinkers have kept the brand on their shelves for decades.
Fresh cooked agave leads, bright and vegetal, with citrus peel, white pepper and a mineral thread running through a crisp finish. It makes a serious margarita and an even better Paloma, but a small pour at room temperature is the honest way to meet it.
