Product Description
Reposado is the compromise position in tequila, and Chinaco treats it as a destination rather than a stopover. A stint in oak rounds the sharper edges of the agave without burying it, producing a bottle that satisfies the purist and the drinker who wants a little softness in the glass alike.
Cooked agave still leads, now wrapped in light vanilla, butterscotch and toasted oak, finishing warm and gently spiced. Sip it neat to appreciate the balance, or build a margarita with real lime and let the wood add weight. It takes well to a single large cube on a warm evening.
