Product Description
Bright, peppery and entirely unhidden, the Cincoro Blanco is the bottling that shows what the brand is actually working with. No barrel, no color, no softening: agave drawn from both the Jalisco highlands and lowlands, distilled and bottled clear. The weighted decanter makes it a conspicuous addition to any bar.
Cooked agave leads with citrus zest and a clean mineral streak, and a gentle sweetness beneath the pepper keeps it from turning austere. It builds a superb margarita, but it is smooth enough to serve chilled and neat, which is plainly how the distillery intends it.
