Product Description
Each decanter is thrown, fired and hand-painted by artisans in rural Mexico, which is why no two are quite identical and why the empty bottle rarely reaches the recycling bin. Inside is slow-cooked Highland agave from Los Altos de Jalisco, rested long enough in oak to trade bright agave snap for depth.
The result is unapologetically rich: vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit and a thread of cooked agave running underneath, with a finish that turns almost dessert-like. Pour it neat in a copita at room temperature and give it air. A bottle for anniversaries, closings and gifts that need to land.
