Product Description
Bright, peppery and green, this is agave with nothing between you and it. Clase Azul bottles its Plata straight after distillation, which means the Highland fruit, the slow brick-oven cooking and the water do all the talking. The undecorated white decanter is a quiet signal that the liquid is the point.
On the palate expect lime zest, white pepper, a clean mineral edge and a gentle sweetness from the cooked agave, finishing crisp. It is excellent neat over a single large cube and better still in a margarita built with fresh juice. For purists and for serious cocktails.
